The power of RISS is now in your pocket. The RISS Mobile App brings the secure information sharing and communication capabilities of the RISS Secure Cloud (RISSNET) to the smart phone. Authorized RISSNET users in the field will have the ability to search millions of available records, collaborate with other RISSNET users, and share information in a secure, intuitive mobile app on their smart phone.  This app is available to authorized RISS Member Agencies.

Search/Advanced Search

RISS Mobile provides the capability to search information across platforms simultaneously including the RISS Criminal Intelligence Database (RISSIntel) and the RISS Collaboration Websites (including RISSLeads). An advanced search feature allows for more refined search of the RISSIntel database.

RISSIntel

RISSIntel allows for the query of criminal intelligence information and seamless coordination among RISS member agencies possibly investigating the same subject. Using the RISS Mobile App, authorized RISSNET users can search records, review results and connect with other officers who may have additional information about the subject.

As with all RISS resources, the security of the RISS Mobile App is paramount. User authentication is required to use the RISS Mobile App. Multiple layers of security are used to ensure a robust proactive level of prevention and protection of the RISS Mobile App’s integrity and security.

RISSafe

RISSafe provides the ability to submit events for officer safety deconfliction. RISSafe is accessible and
monitored 24/7/365 and is a reliable, secure, and critical tool for officer safety. RISSafe is integrated with other nationwide deconfliction systems. From the RISS Mobile App, officers can enter operations, review conflicts, and respond to deconfliction events to ensure officer safety from the convenience of their mobile devices.

Notifications

RISS Mobile App users will receive RISS notifications in their RISS Mobile App.
