RISS Property and Recovery Tracking System (RISSProp)

In many states, stores are required to submit pawn, scrap, secondhand, and other related transaction data to law enforcement, but often this data is manually tracked and difficult to sift through.  NESPIN developed the RISS Property and Recovery Tracking System (RISSProp) to meet this regional need.  RISSProp contains more than 26 million records.  RISSProp continues to solve burglaries, home invasion robberies, and other crimes while identifying and recovering stolen items.  RISSProp has helped recover more than $13.8 million in property since its inception.
